We strongly recommend early hotel reservations at these hotels, and ask for the Hans Reid room block for special pricing. (No cost to reserve till you arrive!)

If you don't have a preference, choose the Marriott Downtown, since it's so close to the wedding event locations. It will probably also be our command center and post-party central for many folks.

This hotel is a little further from the wedding locations, but may be preferable for visitors who particularly enjoy the Plaza or would like to cut costs a bit. We also have a Hans Reid special here and cost includes breakfast and parking.

 

UPDATE: This hotel had a cut-off date of 9/25/2009 for holding the room block and discount. If you are calling now about it, be sure to still try but be aware that if they've reallocated the rooms and the discount or space isn't available, that's why.

 

Another Option - Hotel Phillips

Although we don't have any special rates set up there, another great hotel in the downtown area is The Hotel Phillips. It's closer to the wedding events than the Plaza and a very cool hotel in its own right.
