The reception at Club 1000 will immediately follow the wedding ceremony. Club 1000 is one block around the corner from the cathedral. The reception will run till 6pm, with a late lunch (after 2pm) and an open bar provided. Then, the After Party moves to another floor of the building, Studio 1000, from 6-8pm. And there will be dancing, so bring your dancing shoes. Seriously.

On Friday October 16, 2009, we'll be holding the wedding rehearsal at 5:30pm sharp (at the Cathedral noted above.)

Odds and Ends
And for now, here are some various tidbits you might be curious about.
Parking on the Day of the Wedding
The primary hotel (Marriott Downtown), the Cathedral and the reception at Club 1000 are all within close proximity of each other. Some may choose to walk from the hotel to the wedding, to the reception and back. Also, in your invitation, you will receive a parking pass to Club 1000's facility, the "10 Central Parking Garage" on 10th street between Broadway and Central. You may park here anytime on the day of the wedding, Saturday, and even overnight into Sunday if you wish, at no charge. However, you will need to bring your parking pass with you to park in the garage. If you have any questions or need to get an additional pass, please let Eric or Kellie know.
Dresses & Tuxes
The dresses and tuxedos will be provided by Bridal Extraordinaire and their tuxedo department downstairs, Anderson Formal Wear. Measurements for tuxedos can be taken preferably at the Bridal Extraordinaire location (12109 Shawnee Mission Parkway, 66216), or sent in from other shops using the following form in PDF or RTF file format.
If you a picking up a tuxedo, you'll need to pick it up no later than 3pm on Friday -- earlier is even better. Check with Eric for more information.
